When you complete our registration forms we collect contact details, student year group, subjects of interest, and availability. Applicants submitting tutor registrations may share CVs, qualifications, and safeguarding declarations.
How we use information
We use the details provided to match you with suitable tutors, arrange introductions, and manage lesson scheduling. We may contact you by email or phone regarding your enquiry.
Data storage & security
Information is stored securely within encrypted systems. Access is limited to BrightGem staff responsible for placements and safeguarding. We retain data only as long as necessary to support active tutoring arrangements.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@brightgem.co.uk.
