Keeping students safe while they learn with us
BrightGem Tutoring is committed to safeguarding children and young people. We follow UK legislation and guidance, including Keeping Children Safe in Education.
Tutor checks
Every tutor completes enhanced DBS checks, identity verification, and provides at least two references. Tutors receive annual safeguarding training updates.
Reporting concerns
Concerns can be reported directly to safeguarding@brightgem.co.uk or by calling +44 20 1234 5678. We respond within 24 hours and escalate to the appropriate authorities where required.
Lesson environment
Online lessons take place on secure platforms with waiting room controls. Parents receive lesson summaries and can request session recordings when appropriate.
